Meet the founder of RFC. Living his profession with genuine, visionary physician Dr. James P. Lin strives to provide everyone access to the highest quality fertility treatment and technology in the world. As a third-generation physician, he desires to bridge all facets of fertility services through clinical practice, donor and surrogacy services, philanthropic contributions, educational resources, and scientific research and development through his network. Dr. Lin’s profound passion and commitment to fertility advancements have attained his practice recognition and earned him many prestigious awards and accolades.

Dr. Lin serves as the Founding Physician and Managing Partner of Reproductive Fertility Center (RFC). He founded this practice with a mission to provide patients with the highest success rate for every single embryo transfer. Under his leadership, RFC quickly grew into a fertility center uniquely known for the intimate and interpersonal connection experienced by all patients with every doctor as their advocate. With his tenacious spirit towards providing the best possible outcome, patients have described Dr. Lin to be the “best doctor [they] have ever met” with their “best interest” in mind.

Expanding beyond clinical care, Dr. Lin is also the founder of Options in Family for patients to access additional fertility enhancement services. These services include egg and sperm donors, surrogates, cryopreservation, and a personalized concierge that assists patients in finding the best donors and surrogates for their journey. Every patient is offered top-quality options that are highly catered to best complement their fertility treatments. OIF allows Dr. Lin to assist patients of different backgrounds, such as the LGBTQ+ and the international community.

To further support the fertility community, Dr. Lin established the Linfertility Family Foundation to fulfill his vision of fertility access available to all. The nonprofit and charitable organization extends financial and emotional assistance to families. The foundation also empowers individuals to overcome genetic barriers that may inhibit them from conceiving a healthy baby. Specific genetic disorders such as Down Syndrome and Muscular Dystrophy can be prevented and screened for before birth utilizing state-of-the-art technologies such as Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT).

Dr. Lin continues to advance his skills & techniques by incorporating evidence-based medicine with the most advanced scientific technologies developed through extensive fertility research. He co-founded the International Society of Reproductive Genetics (ISRG), where he currently serves as Executive Board Member and Treasurer, in his effort to bridge collaborations between science and medicine. At the ISRG global conferences, hundreds of attendees and professionals from organizations worldwide come together to share new research & technical advancements in reproductive genetics.

A firm believer in educational development, Dr. Lin is currently developing Linfer.edu as an online and hands-on educational platform dedicated to academic research, development, and practice for future professionals. Efforts will include academic grants, continuing medical education (CME) accreditation, and educational programs geared towards advancement in the comprehension and application of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility studies. Institutions and hospitals, both domestic and international, have access to on-site training, observations, and curriculum.

Dr. Lin has taken his lifelong purpose to help others achieve their dreams of family and evolved it into a multi-faceted network that instills the highest values of “Safety, Quality, and Integrity.” Dr. Lin envisions that his network of services will continue to grow as a global leader offering healthcare beyond fertility support.
