AMH Evaluation
An AMH Evaluation involves a blood draw to assess the levels of anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) in your body, which serves as an indicator for predicting your ovarian reserve (egg count).
OR
Semen Analysis
A Semen Analysis is a diagnostic test for fertility, where a sample is collected and then analyzed in a lab to assess both the sperm quality and quantity.
What's Included in the New Patient Consult?

Comprehensive Consultation
The initial consultation, either in-person or virtual, with one of our RFC physicians, will last about 30 minutes. It is intended for individuals and their partners, if applicable.

Redeem Your FREE Fertility Test
After your consultation, redeem your complimentary fertility test by either doing a blood draw for the AMH test or by providing a sample for the semen analysis.

Get Test Results
At RFC, we prioritize prompt delivery of your lab results. Utilizing our in-house laboratories, our patients typically receive their results within the week.

Your Next Steps
Following your consultation, meet with one of our financial coordinators who will guide you through pricing and financing options for the recommended next steps of your treatment plan.

With our in-house lab, you typically receive results within a week.
The consultation fee is $300 for patients with insurance coverage or $150 for uninsured patients. AMH evaluations and semen analyses can each cost up to $140, but booking a new patient consultation includes a complimentary test of one or the other.
No preparation is needed for an AMH evaluation. For a semen analysis, our clinical team will provide preparation instructions after the consultation.
